Ab 2010 nur 1 Plakette?

ich hab gelesen das es ab 1.1.2010 keine AU Plakette mehr gibt weil HU und AU zusammen gefaßt werden. weiß da einer mehr drüber?

wie läuft das denn ab,wenn dann mit obd2 die au gemacht wird?kann man da auch die werte sehen, so wie wenn man den rüssel hinten rein schiebt?
